Concierge Therapy

When you’re juggling tasks at work and home, people in your day-to-day life such as friends, family, and colleagues, and the copious amounts of traffic getting into the office, seeing a therapist can seem nearly impossible. If meeting in my Westlake Village office is not possible, I will meet clients at their homes, offices, or even on walks and hikes. Couple’s Therapy

With sensitivity and compassion, I provide a non-judgmental and supportive space in which you and your partner can fully explore painful emotions and your relationship's difficulties. You might be experiencing a crisis of infidelity, a loss of trust and connection, or you might be seeking couples therapy looking to reconnect and rediscover a relationship which has changed over time with life’s transitions. Whatever the reason that brings you here, I will work with you and your partner and help you identify the best way to achieve your goals.


Teens & Young, Emerging Adults

I have a particular interest in helping adolescents and young adults navigate important life decisions and transitions related to: developing autonomy and independence, building self esteem and confidence, and working on managing stress, anxiety, depression, and many other emotions that may come along during this pivotal time in their lives.
