In my therapy practice in Westlake Village, I specialize in psychotherapy with adults, couples, and families focusing on but not limited to marriage and family therapy, anxiety, depression, communication, stress management and more.
I also love working with tweens, teens, and young emerging adults. We focus on developing autonomy and independence, building self esteem and confidence, and working on managing stress, anxiety, depression, and many other emotions that may come along during this pivotal time in their lives.
I use a variety of approaches to address my clients unique needs. Many successful treatment plans will utilize a foundation of many different models of therapy such as cognitive-behavioral, family systems, integrative, interpersonal, solution-focused, then quickly move toward a tailored treatment plan and approach that includes tools to help sustain the growth experienced in regular therapy.
As your therapist, it is my priority to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth and positive change, for you. I look forward to working with you to address your challenges and realize your goals. Therapy is a process that can move you toward being the healthiest version of yourself and living the life you desire.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development, Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University. My graduate work was completed at California Lutheran University where I completed a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
