WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CONSULTATION

The call is short and focused. We'll cover:

  • What's bringing you in — in your own words, at your own pace

  • What you're hoping to work on — even if it's still forming

  • How I work — and how that approach feels to you

  • The practical details — scheduling, format, fees, and what comes next

You'll come away with a clear sense of whether this is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll either suggest a different approach or refer you to someone whose style might land better.

WHO I’M CURRENTLY ACCEPTING

I'm taking on new clients across:

  • Individual therapy — in-person in Los Angeles, virtual across California, Nevada, and Oregon

  • Couples therapy — in-person and virtual (both partners must reside in CA, NV, or OR)

  • Concierge sessions — across Westside LA, Greater LA, Malibu, Calabasas, and Westlake Village

Specific availability varies. I'll share open times during the consultation.


A NOTE ON RESPONSE TIME

I respond to most inquiries within 1–2 business days. If you haven't heard from me within that window, please reach out again—occasionally messages get lost in spam filters.

If you're in acute crisis, please don't wait for a response. Contact:

  • 988 — Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text)

  • 911 — for immediate safety concerns

  • Your nearest emergency room — for acute psychiatric emergencies


THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

  • Locations: In-person in Los Angeles. Virtual across California, Nevada, and Oregon. Concierge across Westside LA, Greater LA, Malibu, Calabasas, and Westlake Village.

  • Hours: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm. Saturday–Sunday 9am–1pm.

  • Format: Private-pay, with superbills available for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

  • Fees: Discussed in initial inquiry.
