Couples Therapy for High-Profile Couples
For couples whose lives are watched, and who need one room that isn’t.
When people know your name, even your arguments can feel public.
Public attention puts a particular strain on a relationship: schedules set by other people, a version of yourself to manage, and very few places where the two of you can simply be ordinary with each other.
Couples therapy here is built around that: discreet to arrange, private to attend, and focused on the two of you rather than the noise around you.
What tends to come up
- Living with a public image that doesn’t match life at home
- Travel, tours, campaigns and seasons that keep you apart
- Trust, when attention from other people comes with the job
- A partner who carries the private side and feels unseen
- Money, family and staff in the middle of the relationship
- Decisions about children, homes and privacy, made under scrutiny
How sessions are arranged
You choose the setting: my Encino or Studio City office at quiet hours, your home, or another private location through my concierge practice.
You deal with me directly, not a front desk, and appointments can move around filming, travel or press without a long explanation.
When a few hours work better
Some couples prefer one protected block of time to a weekly hour. A Couples Intensive is scheduled around your calendar and held in person.
Confidentiality
Therapy is confidential by law, and I don’t discuss who I work with. Records are kept as California law requires and are not shared without your written consent, except where the law requires it.
The two of you, not the audience
The work is the same careful couples therapy I do every week. What’s different is how carefully it’s arranged around you.
None of it needs to be public, including the fact that you came.
Questions
Can sessions be at our home?
Yes, through my concierge practice, across Los Angeles, Malibu and Calabasas. We can also meet at the office at hours when no one else is there.
What if one of us travels for work?
When you’re both in California, Nevada or Oregon, sessions can be online; when you’re home, in person.
Can someone we trust handle scheduling?
Yes. Scheduling can go through an assistant or manager. What we talk about stays between the three of us.
