Concierge Therapy in Los Angeles
Serving Westside Los Angeles, Greater LA, Malibu, Calabasas, and Westlake Village.
Private, on-location therapy for executives, founders, public-facing clients, and families—in your home, hotel, office, or wherever you need to be.
There are people for whom traditional therapy logistics don't quite work.
The executive whose calendar makes a weekly drive across town genuinely difficult. The founder traveling so often that a fixed office address would mean missing sessions for weeks at a time. The public-facing client for whom being seen walking into a therapy office isn't a neutral act. The new mother who can't realistically leave home for fifty minutes, much less the commute on either end. The family navigating something private enough that they want the work to come to them.
This is what concierge therapy is for.
It's not a different kind of therapy. It's the same depth-oriented, clinical work I do in my office—delivered with the discretion, flexibility, and privacy that certain lives genuinely require.
If you've been quietly putting off therapy because the logistics didn't fit your life, this is the page that tells you how concierge sessions actually work.
What Concierge Therapy Actually Is
Concierge therapy is clinically identical to traditional therapy. The work is the same. The format is built around your life.
It's not:
A different therapeutic modality or "lighter" version of therapy
A coaching or wellness service
A casual house call
Something separate from real, depth-oriented clinical work
It is:
The same focused, depth-oriented therapy I do in my Los Angeles office
Delivered in a setting of your choosing—your home, your office, a private hotel suite, on location
Designed for clients whose schedules, privacy needs, or lives don't fit the standard therapy model
A premium service offering built around discretion, flexibility, and clinical excellence
The goal is identical: real change at the level it actually happens. Just without making your life harder to access it.
My concierge practice serves a specific kind of client:
Executives, founders, and senior leaders whose calendars don't accommodate cross-town commutes and whose work demands a different level of confidentiality
High-net-worth professionals navigating the particular pressures of high-stakes careers, family offices, or generational wealth
Public-facing clients—those in entertainment, media, sports, politics, or any role where personal privacy is a real concern
New parents and postpartum clients who can't realistically leave home for sessions in the early months and shouldn't have to wait until they can
Families navigating complex dynamics—including parents working with adolescents, blended families, or partners in the early stages of relationship work
Clients in extended care or recovery contexts who need depth-oriented therapy without the logistics of regular travel
Anyone whose life simply works better when therapy comes to them
The common thread: people who take this work seriously and want the clinical experience of premium therapy without the practical friction.
Who Concierge Therapy Is For
I offer concierge therapy across Los Angeles and the surrounding premier communities:
Westside Los Angeles — Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Westwood, Holmby Hills
Greater Los Angeles — Hollywood Hills, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Hancock Park, Larchmont
Malibu and the coastal communities
Calabasas and the surrounding hills
Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and the broader Conejo Valley
If your location is in or near any of these areas, concierge sessions are available. For locations slightly outside this radius, reach out—we can discuss whether it's workable.
Where I Provide Concierge Sessions
Where Concierge Sessions Actually Take Place
Concierge sessions are flexible by design. The location is built around your needs—and can adjust over time as your circumstances do.
Sessions commonly take place in:
Your home — the most common setting; private, comfortable, no commute on either side
Your office or private workspace — for clients who prefer separation between home and the work of therapy
A private hotel suite — particularly useful for clients traveling, between residences, or wanting maximum discretion
On location — including production sets, retreats, or extended stays for clients whose work takes them across the region
A neutral, pre-arranged private space — when home and office both feel too tied to other parts of life
What matters is the quality of the container, not the address. The session itself is the same regardless of where it happens—provided the space is private, uninterrupted, and conducive to real work.
WHAT I HELP CONCIERGE CLIENTS WORK ON
The work I do in concierge sessions is the same depth-oriented therapy I do in office. The specialties:
High-functioning anxiety — the kind that hides behind achievement and competence
Burnout — particularly the executive, founder, and high-demand-career version
Perfectionism and high-achiever patterns
Postpartum mental health — including postpartum anxiety, identity shifts, and relationship changes that come with new parenthood
Couples work — for partners in high-pressure careers, blended families, or sensitive seasons
Family dynamics — including parent-adolescent work and family transitions
Identity work during major life transitions — career inflection points, public exposure, generational handovers
Privacy-sensitive issues—including infidelity recovery, family scandals, financial trauma, or other matters requiring maximum discretion
Pre and post major life events — IPOs, public roles, family events, recovery from acute stress
If your situation isn't on this list, that's fine. The work isn't issue-specific—it's pattern-specific. What matters is what's running underneath, not what category it lives in.
HOW CONCIERGE SESSIONS DIFFER FROM STANDARD THERAPY
The clinical work is identical. What's different is everything around the work.
Logistics are built around your life. Sessions come to you. No commute on either side. No scheduling around traffic. No coordinating with anyone else about where you're going or why.
Discretion is built in. For public-facing clients, this is significant. There's no public office address to be seen entering, no shared waiting room, no chance of being recognized between sessions. The work stays entirely within your own controlled environment.
Scheduling has more flexibility. Standard practice runs on fixed weekly slots. Concierge can adapt to travel-heavy schedules, irregular hours, and short-notice changes without compromising the consistency the work requires.
Fees reflect the service. Concierge therapy commands a premium over standard sessions. This reflects the travel, the customization, the discretion, and the broader scope of what the service involves. Specific fees are discussed in initial inquiry.
Commitment matters more. Because concierge sessions are built around you specifically, I take on a smaller number of concierge clients than I do standard ones. The fit and commitment on both sides need to be right for the work to function well.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION
Concierge inquiries are handled with the same care and discretion the rest of the service is built on.
When you reach out, here's what tends to happen:
A confidential initial conversation — either by phone or via secure email, depending on your preference
A discussion of your situation, needs, and logistics — to ensure clinical and practical fit
A consultation session — typically held virtually or at a neutral location, before committing to ongoing in-home or on-location work
A clear conversation about fees, frequency, scope, and expectations — so there are no surprises and both of us can decide thoughtfully
Concierge clients tend to value clarity. I do too. The process is built around making the decision easy to make—or easy to step back from, if the fit isn't right.
THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
Geographic coverage: Westside LA, Greater LA, Malibu, Calabasas, Westlake Village (and limited surrounding areas by arrangement)
Session length: 50 minutes (longer formats available by arrangement)
Frequency: Weekly is standard; biweekly or other rhythms by arrangement for travel-heavy clients
Format: Private-pay only. Superbills can be provided for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement, though the concierge model is generally outside what insurance reimburses.
Fees: Premium structure relative to standard sessions. Discussed in initial inquiry.
Confidentiality: As with all my work, sessions are bound by full clinical confidentiality. Concierge clients often value the additional layer of practical privacy the format provides.
Inquire about concierge sessions
If you're considering concierge therapy in Los Angeles, Malibu, Calabasas, or Westlake Village, the next step is a confidential conversation.
You don't need to know exactly what you want yet. Many of the clients I work with this way come in knowing only that the standard logistics don't fit their lives—and want to find out if there's a version of this work that can.
Reach out, and we'll talk.
