In-Person Therapy in Encino & Studio City

For people who want more than a screen between them and the work.

Some things land differently when you're in the room.

The pause before something hard comes out. The way your body shifts when you finally say the thing you've been circling. The moment we sit in together after something clicks — not rushing past it, not filling the silence, just letting it settle.

Virtual therapy works. I offer it across three states and I believe in it. But in-person therapy has a quality to it that's hard to replicate through a screen. If you have the option and it feels right, it's worth it.

My practice has two locations in the San Fernando Valley — one in Encino and one in Studio City — designed to feel like a space you'd actually want to walk into.

Encino

A private, quiet office in the heart of the Valley. Easy freeway access and plenty of parking.

Convenient for clients coming from Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Reseda, Lake Balboa, and across the west San Fernando Valley.

Where I See Clients

Studio City

A warm, comfortable space just off Ventura Boulevard. Close to major studios and the creative corridor of the east Valley.

Convenient for clients coming from North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Valley Village, Burbank, Universal City, Van Nuys, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Who This Is For

I work with high-functioning adults and couples who are accomplished on the outside and running on fumes underneath. People who've built impressive lives — and are starting to feel the cost of the machinery running beneath them.

You might be here if:

  • You're a professional, founder, or creative who performs at a high level — and the anxiety underneath it never fully turns off.

  • You've been the one everyone leans on, and you're quietly exhausted by it.

  • You over-prepare, overdeliver, and overthink — and you've started wondering whether that's conscientiousness or something else entirely.

  • You and your partner keep having the same fight in different costumes, and you're ready to actually understand what's driving it.

  • You want therapy with a real plan — not open-ended venting, not worksheets, not someone who just nods and says "and how does that make you feel?"

I specialize in anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, overthinking, relationship patterns, and couples work. If you're not sure whether what you're dealing with fits — it probably does. Book a consultation and we'll figure it out together.

We meet weekly, same time, same room. That consistency matters — it's the frame that lets the work go deeper.

Sessions are 50 minutes. We don't do small talk for the first fifteen minutes. We get into it. I'll ask real questions, notice patterns out loud, and push when pushing is what's needed. I'll also sit with you in the hard stuff without rushing to fix it. The balance between challenge and warmth is the whole thing.

Between sessions, you'll notice things. Things you said that surprised you. Reactions that suddenly make more sense. Conversations you handle differently without trying to. That's the work landing — not just in the room, but in your actual life.

Most clients start with weekly sessions and shift to biweekly once we've built momentum. Some stay weekly for months because they're doing deep work and the consistency matters to them. We'll figure out the right rhythm together.

What Sessions Look Like

Depth over coping skills.

Surface-level strategies have their place, but they don't change the pattern underneath. We work at the root — the beliefs, the relational templates, the stories you internalized before you had language for them.

Structure over open-ended processing.

Every session has direction and clinical intention. You'll always know what we're working on, why it matters, and where it's going. This isn't aimless talk therapy. It's focused, purposeful work with real momentum.

Integration over insight alone.

Understanding why you do something is only useful if it changes what you do next. We bridge the gap between knowing and doing — so the work shows up in your relationships, your decisions, and your 9 a.m. on a hard Tuesday.
